Byron Farmers Market is held every Thursday from 7am-11am, and it’s one of the longest running farmers markets in Australia.

There are over 70 stalls offering the freshest locally grown produce every week.

Tip: The market also includes a small number of Local Food Artisans showcasing some of the finest food and drinks the region has to offer.

Highlights

  • The market is run by a volunteer committee of farmers under a not-for-profit umbrella and they regularly give back to the community through food and monetary donations.
  • There is a strict process to ensure that the produce offered is genuinely locally grown or made.
  • The Market supplies reusable cups to the coffee and matcha stalls so customers don’t have to use single-use cups.
