Welcome to Eden Health Retreat in the Currumbin Valley, Queensland. It’s Australia’s longest running health haven and a multi-award-winning sanctuary on close to 400 acres of lush greenery and rainforest.

This 3-night ‘Connect’ escape will see you staying in a gorgeous suite that boasts 2 queen-sized beds, a luxurious bathroom and a private balcony.

Your personalised program will be tailored to meet your needs and may include yoga or pilates, hikes through the magical rainforest, a swim in the retreat pool, or a boxing or dance class. You could also relax at the day spa with an indulgent treatment; enjoy some ‘mud therapy’ or try out the infrared sauna and steam room.

The meals at Eden are an experience in themselves, carefully created to nourish body and soul using fresh, seasonal wholefoods and enjoyed in the elegant dining room; plus there’s a demonstration kitchen to learn some tips from the chefs and nutritionists.

Making a difference

  • Whilst the Eden property is mostly tropical forest, the Retreat does not disrupt the natural environment of rainforest and wildlife.
  • Eden collects a large amount of solar power on the property, harvests water from a natural underground spring and has its own compost and recycling program set up for waste and the newly-built cabins are eco-sensitive.
  • Eden’s organic food is locally-sourced and there is an onsite garden where herbs and vegetables are grown for guests meals.
  • Eden proudly supports charities such as Redkite.

Getting there

Eden Health Retreat is on Yugambeh Country.
It’s approximately 30 minutes from Coolangatta Airport and just over an hour from Byron Bay. Eden Health Retreat is situated at 1815 Currumbin Creek Rd, Currumbin Valley QLD 4223.
