Learn

Stretch and grow

Learning something new is the quickest way to fill up your tank, to feel inspired and get active, as your brain seizes on the stimulation that a fresh challenge can bring.

The focus we bring to our learning takes us into a state of mindfulness. Whether we are learning about biodynamic farming practices, perfecting new yoga poses or pursuing creative writing, there is an intensity to the experience that you lose once you have mastered an activity. While there is great joy in reaching a goal, it’s actually the process of getting there - of watching your gradual improvement, complete with occasional stumbles - that gives you the best kind of satisfaction.
