Dale Tilbrook Experiences is an Aboriginal owned and operated business providing insightful, interactive and fun experiences centered on bushtucker and Aboriginal culture.
Dale is a proud Wardandi Bibbulmun woman whose traditional Aboriginal Country is the Busselton and Margaret River Region in Western Australia. Now based in the Swan Valley, just outside Perth, Dale will take you on a cultural journey that will ignite all the senses with her wealth of knowledge about Australian bush tucker.
Having spent many years learning from her elders and other sources, Dale loves teaching people about bush foods, their importance to wellbeing, and how we can incorporate them into everyday cooking. She also offers the chance to learn and practice the art of dot painting on river stones while listening to Aboriginal Dreamtime stories and hearing about Aboriginal culture and life.
You will often find Dale at the Maalinup Gallery, which she established with her brother. It’s located 35 minutes from Perth CBD and offers authentic Aboriginal cultural activities, talks, performances and bush tucker as well as local Aboriginal art.
