The team from Journey Outdoors in Nature connects people to nature through single and multi day wilderness immersions, and their motto is ‘rediscover your natural wellness’.
The whitewater canoe journeys are held on the longest whitewater canoe trail in Australia – which incorporates the Nymboida, Mann, Upper Boorimbah/Clarence River and the beautiful Berrinba/Clarence Gorge, in Northern NSW.
The excitement of the rapids is complemented by the pristine natural gorges that engulf you as you paddle along.
The tours provide an opportunity to leave behind the stressors of modern life, surround yourself in nature, nourish your body with movement and fresh healthy food and form real connections with those around you. Beginners and experienced canoers are welcome – all you need is an open-mind and sense of adventure.
There are a range of journeys to choose from including an introduction to canoeing and 2 to 8 night adventures. You can join an established tour go on your own, or gather a group of friends or family and create your own journey.
