A recent, and very welcome, addition to the Pottsville dining scene is Pipit, the dream of award-winning chef and owner Ben Devlin, who grew up in nearby Byron Bay.
It’s a fine-dining restaurant that showcases the best local produce from the Northern Rivers region, sustainable seafood, and wood-fired cooking. At the heart of Pipit is an open-plan kitchen that allows guests to observe the whole cooking process and pick up some pro tips from the passionate chefs.
Choose from a 6 or 7 course seasonal set menu for lunch or dinner.
We love the strong commitment to all things sustainable here. The Pipit team have even creatively upcycled seafood produce into art prints and fish bone waste into ceramic tableware.
