Billabong’s 3-night midweek yoga retreat is an invitation to immerse yourself in the ancient discipline of Yoga – a discipline that can help us find freedom in our body and in our life.
You’ll explore yoga beyond the physical and learn practices to develop a relationship to your mind, breath and body. The program is suitable for beginners as well as those who want a refresher. It includes twice daily yoga flow classes plus special yoga workshops each day and an evening meditation every 2nd day.
The beautiful yoga room is surrounded by native bushland and overlooks the billabong. There is plenty of free time to explore the property on foot and to enjoy a pampering treatment at the onsite day spa.
